Ordering is easy and convenient! Once you create an order, view that order to add letters to it. Our step by step process will guide you through choosing your template, customizing it, and adding any optional fun Christmas gifts.

Can I place my order(s) by phone?

No. To guarantee that each personalized naughty letter is perfect; we only accept orders online through our automated system.

How do I personalize my naughty letter from Santa and/or Mrs. Claus?

While going through the order process, you'll be asked to fill in blanks in our naughty letter templates. We'll then personalize the letter with the information you provide us.

Can I use my own text for the Santa/Mrs. Claus letter or copy/paste text?

YES! You can write your own letter from start to finish! You can even copy/paste pre-written text into our form. (Of course, you could always use one of our unique, prewritten templates as a starting point, too!) To write your own, choose the "Let Me Decide" option.

Can I combine multiple orders into one package?

No. Each order can have multiple letters, but each letter is packaged and delievered seperatly.

Can I receive a discount if I order more than one naughty letter?

Sure! If you buy three letters we take 25% off the cost of your 3rd letter! Discounts are not applied to naughty gifts.

Do you sell any of the naughty gifts individually?

No. You must customize and send a letter with each of the naughty gifts we offer.

What are my payment options?

When will my letter (plus any naughty gifts) be shipped?

All orders will be shipped by December 15th. We will not accept orders after that date.
